I didn’t realize I was an apothecary…until I did.
I found a notebook decades old where I had done research on oils and butters, their properties, benefits, and bulk cost.
I’d been playing with synthesizing the botanical science, folklore, time, and intuition to build relationship with plants all around me.
I got very honest about my gifting, skill, and enjoyment of caring for people through dialogue, paying attention to what I heard, sensing into how to support, and creating something unique and magical for them.

I come from a lineage of every-day healers.
My grandfather and great-grandmother kept gardens, knowing the land and who grew there.
My mother innovates food (and drink) prescriptions of joy, comfort, and satisfaction in the kitchen.
I curate botanical-based responses to ailments of energy, spirit, and emotion (and will encourage you to eat something delicious).
I am a mystic who has been walking with Spirit in and through the Black Pentecostal church, now led into an expanse of spirituality beyond the four walls of any institution because Spirit has always been bigger than any box, any walls.
I am a lover of stars and of the moon, a curious newbie about crystals and astrology, and my first plant loves were pine, sunflower, and lavender.
The first time I got to spend one-on-one time supporting another human who was trying to find their way home (as I and many of us have), I realized I relished in being a fellow sojourner on that road.
I want to remind each person with a downcast soul of who they truly are…

My desire is that when you leave my presence, invite my alchemy, or engage with an item I make for you, that you are reminded to be in awe of yourself.
