MAy 18th - Wonder Walk
Clarkston, GA - $5
Join a group of wonder-walkers in the Metro-Atlanta area for an embodied walk of noticing, listening, and wisdom-gleaning from the ecology around us. Spend 90 minutes with me and fellow wonder-walkers on a local Metro-Atlanta trail. Here we'll notice what plants and animals are around, what is happening between them in the area, and what we can glean from slowing down and being present to the environment around us.
May 20th - Four Questions Break
Virtual - $15
Bring your lunch and explore four questions in a group setting. Get curious about what feels 1) satisfying, 2) playful, 3) amazing, and 4) aligned in an easeful virtual setting facilitated by Nya Abernathy of The Dignity Effect. Solo time will be mixed with optional group sharing. This is an imagination and self-permission practice, so have something to write with nearby - you'll leave with a little post-practice Playwork to help your curiosity lead you into awe.
