What is Soul Care?

your mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

What happens during a single Soul Care session?

We ground ourselves to the space and focus on one of the five soul care rhythms (more about rhythms below). My aim is for you to feel held, cared for, and seen after our time together, as well as you offer practices to support your soul care intentions.

What happens during a Season of Soul Care?

For 12 weeks, we travel together, exploring who you are, what you need, and connect your energy and actions to the world you are dreaming of for yourself and for others. I'll be your guide as we focus on establishing your strongly rooted connection to Soul Care as a way of being. Includes:

  • Six 75-minute video or in-person* sessions.

  • Digital support includes video, voice, and written message exchanges.

  • Support materials include journal, reading and drawing materials, playlist, and more.

  • Three quarterly check-ins post the 12-week experience.

Single session: $150

A Season of Soul Care: $3500

*In-person option depends on location of client and Nya’s availability.

5 Rhythms of soul care

  • This is more than sleep. It's the things you do to invite restfulness into your day and way of being int he world. If you've attended a Rhythms of Rest webinar with me, we dove deep into that rhythm there!

  • This is when you play on purpose. Now, I know some of you don't do play well (I still have to work on it!), so here’s a helpful identifier: If it’s low to no pressure, brings joy to your body, and is fun, then it probably counts as play for you!

  • This rhythm is about community. It ties you to your people, ties you to your place, and highlights abundance in those that give you a sense of belonging - both human and non-human beings!

  • These are repeatable processes that help resource you internally. It can be something you do daily, weekly, or annually for 5 minutes, an hour, or all day. It is something you look forward to that also fills you up.

  • Originally Work Life Agency and meant to be the antithesis of work/life balance, the self-advocacy rhythm is when you exercise your personal power to incorporate your intrinsic worth and value (dignity!) into your rhythms in all areas of life. This rhythm is easier to get into when the other four are active!
